I would like to push up Ms Alexandra for her great customer service she brings to TBS Factoring, she gets the job done and that’s all I have to say

Excellent from the few I’ve dealt with in the company the couple years I’ve been hear but one in particular Tawny Brown has always been super helpful, insightful, Responsive, patient, and professional with her great personality alone I would definitely recommend others THANKS…!!!!

I honestly can't give them a bad review. Except for their percentage rate that 4.3% is a little high I wish they would work on it as far as everything else there very helpful and understanding. And no I didn't get paid for this I'm and one operator trying to make ends meat.

TBS took a great lane with all settings as an o/o and assisted me further than my initial needs. For that thanks TBS, continuing service with TBS is a must, out of all the factoring companies available, I have spoke to several there are know better out comes financially and a big camble to take on the others customer service, which TBS has more than proven time and time again. If I was asked by a trucker trying to start up, I would Only recommend TBS factoring service..

Tawny was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. If she was unsure of an answer she also was Very prompt at finding it and getting back to me with it. Even after the TBS underwriters decided not to factor loads for me, Tawny did not act any different. But continued to be very helpful. I would recommend TBS without reservation. Thx Tawny for a very pleasant experience

Overall, TBS has been a great company to work with. Early on, there were some issues regarding specific customers, but when the issues arose, staff members quickly resolved them. My office staff have made many comments about the TBS staff being very courteous and friendly any time we call.

So far so good. I haven’t factored anything yet but everyone has been very helpful getting me setup
