I have been with them since 2013. They were good until about a year ago. Now you very seldom get your funds on time like they say. Supposedly if you send in your invoices before 4:00, it gets processed that day. No more! In many occasions I have sent invoices in then morning, at lunchtime etc and look at them at 7:00 in the evening and they have never been looked at. They are still showing submitted. No one has taken the time to even begin to process them. Do not count on being paid in the time they promise you.

I was greatly satisfied with your service until recently. I'm totally dissatisfied at this moment. I'm looking for other factoring companies to do business with.

This is by far the most time consuming factoring company that I work with. The system should be made simpler. I dispatch and factor for multiple carriers that all use different factoring companies and this one is the most time consuming....

I was called multiple times asking me about if I had time to review or any problems with paperwork that I have been sending in. I explained many times I don't even have my authority yet and I'm trying to complete everything else first. Before I worry about paperwork on loads that I have not even started yet!!! Other than that I finally let him explain about the paperwork today.. To get it over with! And he explained it fine but I'm still won't be running for another week...

TBS is good in a lot of ways. I’ve been with them since the start of my business. However, they need to work on communication. They have been hired to represent their customers. So, when brokers fail to pay or there are short pays, this should be communicated. Majority of the time you only know when you discover it’s been withdrawn from your next Factoring. When company’s send in money for detention owed, these checks get caught up in the system and you have to keep calling on it to see when it would be applied.

Patty with factoring is the best. I have spoken to her two or three times. Each time she goes over and above to complete total case customer service resolving the issue to completion. I have been around for quite a while and she is great. Some others should be trained in the same manner.

I have had a good experience with TBS do to Tawny Brown. She is very informative about TBS products and services and has been instrumental in connecting me with the right people to help getting my authority a knowledgeable experience. Tawny's knowledge of industry competition was very helpful and gave me more understanding about factoring and the benefits it offers to my compan

The ladies are so kind and knowledgeable of the work, and they can answer your questions with ease, such a plus for TBSF actoring Services... The thing I don't like which is probably out of the hands of the Representatives I deal with consistently, is TBS Factoring Services, needs a APP, so I can verify if a broker or company is factorable with out having to call and be out on hold.... And when confirm is received about Documents received and the client call in ( me), tracking the deposit that's suppose to hit the account and it didn't, the Representative, can not find my paper work on the load, that letting the rep- know date and time of email I rec'd, and they still can't find it so I would have to resend documents in again.. Which is our of the Reps have which is a management problem ( should be) ( Let's get a TBS App)
