Horrible customer service and they send out NOAs to Brokers who aren’t in your agreement. If you request an NOR they will not give you a copy because they send it out per your request one at a time for each broker so if you don’t know a broker has a NOA for you you’re stuck dealing with TBS until they get paid. It’s a web since you’ll always be waiting for them to get paid so they won’t fully release you with a blanket NOR. Then if you don’t do business for while they’ll claim they wasn’t paid so you can’t get a NOR then you’ll be arguing with brokers to pay them when they have been paid. Do not fall into their trap.

Need to watch them like a hawk!
The customer service and trying to get a hold of somebody is horrible!! The worst thing now with the way things are is a lot of broker BS going on and if you get a truck order not used they don't fund it put it in some escrow which I don't even run on an escrow account until they received the money from your customer! Now you have to be vigilant and watch this and follow it from the broker to their Bank and then put in a request if you don't you will probably never see the money they're not going to reach out to you! now they received the check from my customer on November 14th but they still want to wait but they still want to wait another 48 hours supposedly until they will release you the funds! but you must put in a request on something that should automatically be done! Now I had a load from a customer with the t o n u for only $250 I had to up front with the current cost of $5 a gallon $200 a fuel with the deadhead and then carrying this birding for over a month! The t o n u was paid on the 14th of November I communicated with the broker and watched my TBS account so it showed they were paid on the 14th and I called on the 15th and put in my request today is the 21st and I am still fighting for my money that they don't even have anything to do with except forwarding it to me they're not even entitled to the percentage because they did not fund the load if it was for a larger amount I would reach out to small claim court!

Lord knows my hands are tied..
I write this review in hopes that it reach the eyes and ears of someone in authority that can make changes. I've brought my concerns to my account Rep. Erica Mcclintock.I wrote a review and mentioned our conversation about being charged back several times for allegedly duplicate invoice payments. I remained anonymous in name. sense then I've received several more repeated charge backs, some are correct the duplicated charges is incorrect, I'm not understanding .yes I've summitted schedules over. I submit 3 loads and they pay two of three and don't notify me why. I resubmits it again the same way I've done for year. I was told to call to inquire why the load wasn't payed before resubmitting. It almost seem like every resubmitted load is being charged back to me.I just payed off 4 charge backs @100%,two was cash checks understandable ,but the other two was suppose to be @25% charge back .when I inquired I was told she would summitted a request to fix. I don't have funds for fuel and I told them that. At least once a week I'm on the mobile chat app. inquiring about timely funding,I'm not saying these things to down tbs,I just Want someone to look into these, not just go look @ the report .I submit my schedules via email 99% of the time .I requested that each charge back schedule documents I summitted be sent to me along with the date received/remittance/amount and last four of account sent to. These records should match mine.
it's been over 8 mouths on some of these alleged duplicate charge backs./The only reason I summitted this post is because I'm I feel no one is listening to me and the info I'm requesting is being ignored. If I upset anyone @tbs I apologize. I only want to straighten this out and bring to the attention of someone in authority that can fix the issues enclosed. I don't want to be retaliated against for speaking my truth.I need the enclosed requested documents to rest my case. Lord knows my hands are tied..

Want to work for free?
Do you want to have to hire a person to work full time managing TBS? Do you like being ignored and having your calls go to a automated "call back list"? Than TBS is the company for you!
We have had:
-Non factored loads been paid to TBS and they hold the funds for over a year and give us the run around about whether they have it or not.
-Chargebacks multiple time on the same load, despite the load having been paid in full by the broker.
-"Oops we can't find the payment in our system, we have to chargeback the load" despite being given the exact time and ACH transfer number from the broker.
-One time they deposited $6,000 of another company's money into our account and realized it 18 months later and started pulling money out of our account. But somehow it was our fault?
-Recieved chargebacks 3 weeks after the load date despite the contract stating that we were on a 90 day recourse.
-Not sending invoices to brokers and then charging us money. Icing on the cake is that they then ask us to send an invoice ourself, I mean at least give me some benefits for my labor.
-Anytime you seem to be making headway and getting somewhere....BAM... new account executive that will take 3 weeks to figure out the system, but not before they make about 15K in mistakes.
-Do you remember back in the day where you had limited minutes on your cell phone? TBS must have a similar provider for their email and phone, they send about 1 email a day and 60% of the time it is the good old "we are review this issue"
I could write a book of essays of all the ways that this is the worst factoring company you could choose to work with. But I don't have the time, we got a new account executive and I'm busy training her on their own system.
Edit 11/15/2023:
I would like to make this edit in response to TBS' response. I have contacted my account executive, the woman above her and the customer service line that automatically tells me that my number is known to them and they will call me back. I would like to submit two quote from our representative today:
-"Once something is cleared on our end it is out of our hands." (In response to being charged back despite the check being sent and cleared by TBS)
and my favorite-
-"Once an invoice has been charged back we do not do anymore research on this." (In response to being again, charge back on a load that had already been paid and charge back before.
At this point how are you guys not being investigated?

Not paying and holding payments.
We been working with Tbs since 2015 , they always 1st verify with broker than pay, if the can't verify the won't pay just holding the load payments. Now, they put my account on hold and do not factor list. Everyday they telling me different answers, and not paying me my load payments for 3 weeks now. And not helping, everything Calle them no answer, only customer service answering and say sorry. It's not helping. We are completely out of savings and money. I can't pay my employees already 3 weeks and now they think I don't want to pay them . All because of this Tbs . They all do nothing, just sit there and do nothing!!!!! They never answer and respond have to call them hours so someone might answer . I even filled complain thru BBB , even there they have more that 30 bad reviews.
