Scammers!!! Please don’t buy here!! My 14 year old daughter bought a sweater with her own savings, now 3 months later still nothing. Customer service doesn’t respond anymore after requesting a refund. My daughter is devastated!!! Thieves!!

The cardigan arrived after 3 month of waiting and as a surprise I was charged 34 EUR extra for a double tax, that noone is gonna return to me. If you order from EU and wanna avoid extra costum charges, make sure to ask them for invoice and IOSS, cause they are not providing it automaticaly.

I also waited nearly 2 months for a hoodie for a 14 year old. It arrived a couple of days ago and the quality is dreadful. Cheap and nasty - for £70!! Taylor swift should hang her head in shame.

Total scam. I ordered two size small hoodies. They sent me two XXXL hoodies with size small labels sewn in and refuse to answer my requests for refund. Basically stole $150 and wrecked my kids Christmas gift.

Taylor Slow not Swift Took 2 months to arrive then when the £70 hoodie arrived the quality of it is more like a £5 knock off!!! I give up with the world!!! Be warned of the shabby products and sloooooow delivery

As everyone else is saying, the Taylor Swift official merchandise story is terrible, do not order as you will not receive order after months despite it saying it is available and giving a select by date of a couple of weeks. Ordered an over priced hoodie at £85 on the 19th Nov, at checkout it clearly list the deliver as by the 15th Dec. It’s the 26th Jan and it still hasn’t been dispatched. Customer service not interested, you get the ‘it will arrive when it arrives’ line and they can give you no idea of when that will be. Taylor Swift should be embarrassed that she is associated with this!

Unbelievably bad service over months they have driven me to the point of tears. Numerous orders never arrived and ruined xmas for the kids , we got a refund. But the last order I waited on til today they just refunded me - for months they had 5 items and waited on one - they just deleted the whole order because 'whilst you were waiting on one item the others sold out'. They literally sold my items that I bought last year, that were in stock, now sold to other people. From underneath me. Un-freaking-believable I am livid. And so sad to tell my daughter xmas got ruined twice.

I ordered a pullover back in 16.12.2023. I waited till 14.01.2024 to get is shipped. Well, sorta.... Got a tracking number, and for the past 11 days only the label was created, not shipment at all. Customer service don't answer your e-mails, I've been told I have to wait 1 more week. WAITING FOR WHAT? I've waited enought. Thank God I payed with PayPal, so I filed a chargeback, because I didnt received any answer to my refund request. Taylor is a superstar, but how people with online businesses can work like that???
