Exceptional support, easy to use, great value
Last year (2019) was my first foray into the crypto world and I explored buying, selling, storing on many different platforms. This created quite a challenge when it came to preparing my taxes. Thankfully, the TaxBit support went above and beyond to help me troubleshoot any issues that arose. This included consulting one of their CPAs when I had concerns about grey areas of the tax code. They even uploaded data for me when the file format was a .pdf and revised csv files when they didn't upload properly. Rest assured that if you choose the TaxBit platform you will receive fast and effective support and advice. The only reason why I did not give 5 stars is that I'd like to see more development on the platform for year round portfolio tracking (My Coins section). Bottom line: I used TaxBit for my 2019 crypto taxes and I couldn't have done it without them.
