I have used TaxBit for my crypto related taxes for this year and for 2018. I've needed some help both years and their support team was right there for me every time. Their web interface is really easy to use and you can link your major exchange accounts so your transactions synchronize with your TaxBit account. Their support staff is super friendly, knowledgeable and figured out my issues pretty quickly. And, they assisted me with a wallet that presented the trade information in a strange way and got those transactions imported for me. When everything was done I downloaded a file I was then able to upload into TurboTax online. They did all the heavy lifting for me :) Would you continue to use a service if you weren't satisfied? Me neither, that's why I am using TaxBit again for my 2020 crypto related taxes.

My experience with TaxBit has been great. Your staff always got back to me in a very timely manner. They took the time to explain how the program works and were very helpful in troubleshooting problems. I am happy with my subscription and will likely upgrade my subscription. Everett B.

Absolutely amazing software. I had all sorts of complexity for having traded 15+ cryptocurrencies in 4 different exchanges and having used many wallets: the software not only reconciled everything, it made it digestable and gave me actionable insight into my taxes! Strongly recommend it.
