I've had accounts with over half dozen brokerages before trying TastyWorks and can safely say I've had the most unpleasant experiences with this one. They make all these fake promises and oversell the platform. It's a bloated platform and their backend sucks.. I consistently get better fills through TOS and IB for the exact same order. They also have the worst risk/margin department and you can't even get them on the phone!

There is a reason this program is so cheep! You get what you pay for. Horrible platform for quick trading, especially for chart trading. Slow responses to active trading making it impossible to day trade.NOT user friendly I have found No way to quickly open or close position's making for loss of opportunity and loss of liquid funds (watch your account drain). Did not execute trades that where profitable 3 times in an 1 hr. but did take 3 loosing trades in same hr.. over $1,000 frustration there! safety stops are a % setting. lowest setting is %5 that putts the spread so far out you will lose your house if your not carful. You also have to take time to enter every detail for each trade. A huge waste of time. I'm going to ninja trader the thousand dollars I lost would have paid for the program, the frustration is not worth the cheep price.

Opened account months ago, which took a while as there was a lot of info to fill in. Said it would take 3-5 days, yet here we are months later and it still says processing.

Super buggy, Charts havent worked for over a week. Unable to contact support or get a response from any human. When it works its fantastic , The platform seems to be going down hill very fast, I'm taking my money out . Be cautious, at this point it almost feels like a scam. 4/2001

Has revolutionised the definition of a broker! I haven’t seen a better broker or better service provider than Tastyworks. Their user interface, their continued educational programs, and their top-notch customer support deserve ample praise. Tastyworks is ahead of other brokers by a country mile. Earlier, brokers didn’t offer good customer service and expected one to learn the ropes by themselves/pass through a hundred hoops and loops to access customer care. Tastyworks has changed that and makes the customer feel as if they’re a priority and bringing business to them. As an added bonus, they offer extremely low commissions. Tastyworks is a trader’s best friend :)

Tastyworks does a great job. So it is there just for options but therefore its great! Great costumer service which I contacted by phone and email. The wire fee for international wires are a bit too high but there are no closing fees on options so I think it is fine. Plattform is super! Overall I am very happy and I can write this wonderful feedback.

Waiting for account opening Was really excited to use the platform so opened their website and filled the forms. As I am not from Us, they wanted me to upload few documents which I did. Their website said it will take 3-5 days, but it has already been 10+ days but I haven’t heard back from them. I have even wrote couple of emails in last few days, no reply Might change my review to 5 stars after account activation,
