I encountered significant issues with Tastytrade's service and technology, leading me to strongly discourage others from using their platform. Here's a breakdown of my concerns: Outdated IT infrastructure: The technology feels antiquated and lags far behind industry standards, hindering my ability to trade effectively. Unreliable real-time data: The accuracy and consistency of real-time data frequently diverged from other reputable brokerages, raising concerns about its dependability. Subpar customer service: The overall service experience fell short of expectations, suggesting a lack of investment in this crucial area. Based on these shortcomings, I cannot recommend Tastytrade as a viable option for those seeking a reliable and modern brokerage experience.

As an international customer, TastyTrade exclude me from any of their incentive offers, including financial as well as other offers. They don't make this clear though at joining, so I've closed accounts elsewhere to transfer them before they finally let me know that I was not eligible and only once I'd chased them.

They change policies but don't advise their customers resulting in extra fees. Absolutely diabolical. DON'T GO ANYWHERE NEAR THEM!!!

I've had considerable problems with getting the platform to functions properly on my computer, but Frank and others have been honest and responsive. Most customer service it's "Thanks" but they've taken my coding logs, to see how & were the problem occurred and cured it. I do wish they had paper trading. It's taken me time, $$ and mistakes to learn the their platform. But, service has made it 5 Star.

Customer service is great! i asked them about certain topics momo gave me solid awnsers on those ! accoutn setup took a bit long. but tbh i think that was on me! once setup flying start basicly! personlly i could done better myself but was excited to start trading on this platform so that got the better of me! the people at Tasty trade are amazing currenttly cant login for some reason so ill troubleshoot it my self first and im sure it be solved ina a day or so! one happy international customer here do :)

I have 4 problems with tastytrade and they were not solved they said it was my fault and I write here because they do not give a solution. On the platform they have a button on active trade named "safety" in my case this button is always on (meaning that I have to click 2 times in order to place a trade) but the platform places trades for me without my second click (confirmation) this situation is random it happens with certain stocks, they said it was my fault this happened 3 times. And a few times happened that the trade counter shows a diferent number of trades and when you place a trade all of a sudden seems that you placed more trades than you really placed.

Came to tasty in 2021 new to options trading. Found the educational material to be very practical and helpful along with the overall philosophy of trade small, trade often. Have since traded options on several other platforms and have continued to find the actual act of modeling and making the trade is by far the easiest to do on tasty. Support staff at tasty are always very fast to respond to emailed questions about platform use. They have also continued to update the platform with useful analytics tools.

One of the best brokers on the planet! Sincerely! I personally use different brokers for different markets but I love TastyTrade for options trading. They have a great platform. They have incredible customer service (super professional and friendly)! They're cashiering department is ALWAYS on time, extremely attentive and also super friendly. Tasty just blows away all of the dinosaur brokerages everyone's aware of. You really don't have to put up with a crappy broker. I should've made the switch a long time ago - I really can't say enough great things about them. You're just going to have a great experience with them.
