If you're in Europe, you don't have many options to trade real stocks (as opposed to CFDs). Tastytrade is available in Europe and they're awesome. Got my account open in no time and the platform is actually amazing. When you compare it to dinosaurs like TWS, this is light-years ahead.

The customer service agent, Momo, simply denied what happened. Then in the next paragraph they admitted to it---that a cancelled stop loss order had blocked another limit order without actually working---but said it isn't a glitch. Apparently cancelled bracket orders just don't get cancelled, but they also don't stop losses, and I should accept that. It was the most condescending and unconcerned response I have ever received. A horrifying and once in a lifetime experience for me. Not worth the decent UI.

Thanks for your review and sorry to hear about your experience. If you have an OCO bracket working, and cancel only one side of it, you will need to cancel the other side before routing an additional order to close the position.

I was having technical errors at 3:30, trying to close a position and was sweating bullets. I shot these guys an email and received a reply and solution in minutes.

The rep was super helpful and answered all my questions, giving extra info that I didn't ask for which was helpful. Tastytrade is a good company in my experience. They know options trading like nobody else I have encountered.

Understood my question well. Responded with a good answer. Got chat help rather quickly. Some of your indicators are called different names from other platforms, can be confusing. For instance, if I search VWAP in your help it should display my options and should be easy to find the VWAP I want. But I can't.
