I am so disappointed in this platform. It is old, difficult to maneuver. It is difficult to get a hold on help. I was hung up on once just asking questions about when my money will be available The worst is that if you deposit money into TastyTrade, they say they will not allow you to withdrawal the cash in 5 days. However, I’m on day 13 now, and my cash still can’t be withdrawn. I have called them, no answer, and now I will send them my third e-mail requesting my money! Do not use this company. There are much better run platforms out there- Schwab, ETrade, IBK brokers, just anything else instead of this ridiculous company

I had a profitable week. Made $200 and P/L YTD reflects that. But account history was edited into a $200 loss. Any profit you make is flipped into a loss. For the month, I made $400, P/L shows it. But cash and buying power is down $1200. They are reversing trades in account history. But P/L YTD reveals the scam. They can't edit P/L. This has been going on for months.

I stopped trading for 2 years and when I log into my tastytrade account recently, everything seems different and I suspected the account is inactive. I found the chat and Stephen confirmed the account status and gave me the link and steps so that I can activate my account again. It is resolved within 5 mins!!!

Very helpful staff (Stephen) and a great trading product

This is the the only options trading platform with good education. not only is the platform excellent (ex-TOS teamm I think), but the support is also great!

The support personnel got out of their way to provide answers you're looking for. A couple of email exchange the support team went to see the designer of the tool to get the answer I was looking for. Thanks Momo.
