If I could issue zero stars I would. Whatever software system they have is garbage. No way to really track order. Contacts sent were wrong prescription. Return request took forever and required two more requests. Refund issued was wrong and now says it will be another 3-10 business days. Stick with 1-800 contacts.

Ordering was fine. Shipping was fast. I ordered the economy shipping and received the glasses a few days later. The lenses are both scratched!! The link to contact customer service is broken. May want to get that fixed...

I ordered a pair of glasses on the 31rst of January; I still don't have them. At first they couldn't locate my address. When I called they told my the glasses were being held at a UPS store. I traveled thirty minutes to the location they gave me, and the UPS clerk said that the glasses were never there. I then called again and was told that my glasses had been returned. I requested that they resend the order, and after two weeks I had to call again because the glasses had still not been received. They told me that the prescription needed to be verified even though it was the same pair of glasses. It is now the first week of March, and they are just now shipping my glasses; there is no estimated day of delivery, but I paid for next day air. I've heard numerous complaints about Target Optical over the years, and I can see why.

I wrote a review a couple of weeks ago and Target optical replied and stated I should send my online order details to TOSocialCSE[at]targetoptical.com This email address is however not a valid one and any email sent to it bounces back. TargetOptical is even incompetent in this

Target optical traditions, psl Florida..the target optical manager Luke is very condescending and interrupts and argumentative. Target damaged my own ( NON target) Pair of NEW designer glasses when I went in to get frames tightened and an associate warped the lenses with heat. They picked out a generic frame and ordered replacement as I was out of town where this occurred and didn't have an extra pair. The replacement lenses didn't last a year and the coating wore off and the reissued lenses that didn't even last 3 weeks as the coating wore off that too. I was told by Luke that "nothing can be done because that pair was free. That he isn't around me to see how I treat my glasses.. That I need to buy a new pair in order to get a warranty"..I wasn't able to purchase a warranty on my replacements because they were "free" when in reality target damaged my own glasses and they are holding this over my head that I don't have a warranty yet I'm not eligible for one.???And on and on. Who talks to customers like that? Target damaged my glasses then issued sub par non quality replacement and they won't fix this. They are making it my fault and my issue. I've been wearing glasses since I was 11. None of my old glasses had issues. This is the first time. So now I have my own pair of glasses a damaged warped pair of glasses that Target damaged and the target glasses with the coating coming off. I need to see. We all need to see. Yet target is ignoring this and not making this right. The customer service at the target optical at traditions is horrible. Luke would not let me finish a sentence and kept blaming me and kept talking over me.

Reasonable prices, had glasses in a week. Only snag was getting in my prescription.
