Ordering online was great
The online experience is pretty great if you know what type and style of glasses you already want. There is a filter option to choose. If you don’t know what type and style you want, I would recommend going in to the store to try on frames. The online experience was super easy and I loved that you could link your insurance and see how much you would pay. Shipping was fast compared to my regular eye doctor. I picked up in store and it was very pleasant. I would highly recommend Target Optical.

Barbara and Dr. Doerr are the best!
Barbara was the best! Barbara helped me with my glasses, on how they looked, and fitted them perfectly. Barbara is an asset to the company. Now for Dr. Doerr, he is the best! I"VE Known him for years. He has taken very good care of my eyes. He is a great eye doctor.

Coach Eye Glasses
We liked the collections and it was quick in terms of the delivery. We had to return the eye glasses and that process was also easy and smooth. However, it has been more than 3 weeks the insurance has not been reinstated yet. When called one person is saying it was instated and believing that we went to order in person but came to know that it wasn't. It was a complete waste of time and there was a follow up call with an executive that said we have to wait for 2 weeks to have this sorted out but we are still waiting. There was a discount given to us but it is for an online order and we are not confident ordering online anymore so it will not be used anyway.

Worst experience
My husband had an appointment and Target made a claim for an order we never received or requested. Now they are unable to help us. My husband can not see without his contacts and we can not afford to buy these without insurance. Our experience has been the worst. So frustrated.
