Hi Dominic, Thank you for being candid about your experience. We’re glad to hear that you’ve been happy with our products, but we’re sincerely sorry that our fulfillment and customer service have not given you the same confidence. We reviewed your recent support experience internally and found that there were mistakes in how your case was handled by members of our newly onboarded support team. More importantly, we did not properly confirm your needs before responding, which led to incorrect guidance and unnecessary back-and-forth instead of moving your issue toward a resolution. You’re also right that being polite is not enough. Our support team needs to take ownership of the issue, understand what the customer actually needs, and help drive it toward a solution rather than putting the burden back on the customer. We’ve addressed the handling issues internally and are providing additional guidance and training to the team. Your case has also been escalated, and our Customer Experience Manager will follow up with you directly to review the issue and help move it toward a proper resolution. We’re very sorry for the time and frustration this has caused you — especially when fulfillment issues ultimately affect your own customers and your business as well. Thank you for bringing this to our attention and giving us the opportunity to correct it. – The Tapstitch Team
