It's very easy to use and they already give you really good quality mockups with good space for designs, also the background removal tool is very useful, maybe if they added features to make the products more customizable it'd be better, but overall 9/10

Disappointing experience so far. We placed a sample order to assess Tapstitch as a potential supplier, but had several quality and sizing issues. Support initially responded, but the complaint has now become slow to resolve and the proposed solution did not reflect the problems with the order. Unfortunately, the quality control and customer service so far have left us lacking confidence in placing a larger order.

After reviewing the situation, we identified an internal issue with how the support case was assigned, which unfortunately caused an unnecessary delay in handling your concerns. We’ve already escalated and improved this process internally. We completely understand that experiencing product issues is frustrating enough — having to wait too long for proper after-sales support only makes that experience worse. This is not the level of service we expect to provide. We’ve now arranged for a dedicated manager to follow up with you directly regarding both the order issues and your outstanding questions, and to work toward an appropriate resolution. I recently started my own clothing brand and decided to try Tapstitch’s DTG printing on an oversized T-shirt. When the shirts arrived, I was genuinely blown away by both the print quality and the quality of the shirts themselves. The colors and details came out beautifully, and the overall feel exceeded my expectations. Right now, I’m still exploring different GSM options to find the weight and feel that best suits my brand, but based on my first experience, I’m very impressed with Tapstitch and excited to continue trying more of their products. Edit: Aug. 30, 2026 After washing the shirt for only the second time, I noticed that the print had already started peeling. Unfortunately, it doesn’t seem to hold the DTG print very well, even when washed on a gentle cycle. I’m quite disappointed. ☹️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️

The quality of the clothing is fantastic and it came much quicker than expected. We plan to do a couple test runs before releasing some for sale with our brand. So far we love them. As far as critiques, I haven’t found a particular jacket/hoodie thats thin for Florida weather wear. They’re all a little thicker. Great quality though!
