Boxy oversized styles are generally designed with a wider silhouette and a shorter body length, but we completely understand that at 6'3", the shirt feeling close to cropped is very different from simply having a boxy fit. Your feedback is helpful, especially around how clearly the length and overall proportions of these styles are communicated. We’ll be reviewing the fit and sizing information for our acid-wash and boxy styles to see where we can make those expectations clearer before customers order. More importantly, we did not properly confirm your needs before responding, which led to incorrect guidance and unnecessary back-and-forth instead of moving your issue toward a resolution. You’re also right that being polite is not enough. Our support team needs to take ownership of the issue, understand what the customer actually needs, and help drive it toward a solution rather than putting the burden back on the customer.
