Hi There, Thank you so much for your honest and heartfelt feedback! We truly appreciate your kind words about Tapstitch, especially regarding our tools, product selection, new arrivals, and how easy it is to build your brand with us. At the same time, we sincerely apologize that the DTG print quality did not meet your expectations. We completely understand how disappointing it must be to see your designs deteriorate, especially after washing. Print quality is extremely important, and your feedback regarding the durability and wash performance of the prints is something we take seriously. Your comments are valuable to us and will be shared with the appropriate team for further review and improvement. We’re continuously working to improve our printing quality and provide products that creators can confidently offer to their customers. Thank you for continuing to support and believe in Tapstitch despite this experience. We truly appreciate your honesty, and we hope we can earn your confidence again with better printing quality in the future.🙏 - The Tapstitch Team ❤️
