You’re right — the last-mile delivery experience did not meet expectations here. While we work with external carriers for final delivery, the service quality ultimately reflects on us, and we take responsibility for that. Based on feedback like yours, we are actively reviewing and adjusting how orders are allocated to last-mile carriers, including reducing volume to underperforming partners and holding them accountable.
