Top 5/5 Thank you

I went to the store at Soho, NY to make a return at 3:30 and it was closed. The door says it closes at 7 pm and I returned at six and it was already closed. The lady who works there let me in and informed me that I could not return an item purchased online at the store. All the Businesses that I have bought from have the service to return items purchased online at their stores. This one should have it too! Know I will have to ship the neklace form México to the address they gave me and pay for the shipping. I´m not very happy for that.

Beautiful, quality jewelry. And fast shipping!

Love this jewelry!

Beautiful necklace that looks so much more expensive. Love it and packaged really nicely for a gift.

Love your jewelry!

Great style for most reasonable price.

Although the earrings I ordered were returned, Tai has a very efficient return process, and communications by email about this very gracious and helpful. The Watermelon Tourmaline earrings were very pretty, but more of an opal cloudy white look, not the typical distinctive “watermelon” stones of green and pink.
