Great design and price point and it looked like good quality but bracelet a stone fell out in first hour of wearing. Very disappointed with return policy, I was told I had to pay for a return before they would replace it. I suppose you get what you pay for but still disappointed.

3 of the stones have fallen out of the OPAL MINI HUGGIES I purchased a few months ago. I contacted TAI and offered to pay to have them replaced. They told me I needed to the receipt but they were a Christmas gift.

I had been wanting some tulip earrings for ages but the $300 each price for solid gold ones held me back. So glad I found this site as the earrings are identical but gold plated and I have no allergies from them so far. I also bought the cherries and eyes. They come in sweet little boxes with a suede pouch and card. They would make cute gifts. I am now a fan and they will be my go to earring place.
