I have always been completely satisfied with Tai Jewelry as they are reliable and the quality is usually high. However, this time the black silk corded bracelet with beaded detail broke the first time I went to take it off. I have never had this happen with their products but am extremely disappointed to have spent so much only to have to throw the item away.

Jewelry broke within two weeks. Crazy to have to deal with that on new jewelry that is not cheap July 28 update: TAI sent a replacement and it worked well. We did have to pay shipping to send the defective jewelry back. But glad to get a working replacement. Thank you

I purchased the Front To Back Chain Link Stud Earrings as a gift. Most of the earrings had photos of them on a model and, being on the Drop earrings page, were quite long statement earrings. I expected the same with these but they are tiny - barely long enough to reach the bottom of the lobe. I'd suggest sharing the length measurement of drop earrings or at least have a photo of them on models. I'm very disappointed in my first purchase of TAI product.

I recieved a invoice from Fedex after recieving the pacage and had to pay extra $25

I was so excited to get this delicate, beautiful opal pendant necklace with a bezel-set CZ. It arrived and I was disappointed that when I put it on, the opal faced outward while the CZ was against my skin. I contacted the company and requested a replacement. They were fantastic about this - paid for my return shipping & the shipping of the new product. It wasn’t until the second necklace arrived that I realized that the CZ was attached to the chain in the center of the bezel (rather than having the chain attach on the top edges of the stone so it would always face the desired direction, as the opal was), meaning it would constantly flip around. Very disappointing. Surprised how poorly made it was for a vermeil piece; they’re usually a little higher quality.

The stones were much smaller than expected and the rotation of the prongs were not symmetrical between the two earrings. The quality was not what I expected. I will keep the earrings but not as excited as I was when I first saw the photo online.

The necklace that we purchased was lovely, but was packed in a padded envelope for shipping AND was in a small clear plastic bag - NOT boxed, NO special packaging to protect the delicate necklace. For what we paid for the necklace, it should have been handled much better! Would NOT order from your business again!

The pieces were nice but they just weren’t for me once I saw them in person.
