Received very promptly from date of order all the way to New Zealand. The jewellery is beautiful, exactly as photographed and described.

Package never arrived. USPS said it was delivered and TAI indicated it was my responsibility to track it down with postmaster. They have my money and I have nothing and it is my responsibility to figure out what went wrong? how about they call the postmaster? Updating this review - TAI sent a replacement package which arrived without any issues. The bracelet was for my 18 year old niece who squealed with delight. Customer service really came through, and now their beautiful delicate jewelry is on the arm of a beautiful young woman. Thank you.
