Stone fell out after 2 days of wearing. No help from customer service. Would not recommend.

Purchased the gold huggies with enamel star. As they are huggies they are extremelyyy small and definitely not worth $65 and feel cheap.

The Design of the 3 rings that I purchased were very nice, but all rings tarnished within the first month of use. Rings were not wet and tarnished quick anyway. Very dissapointing since this jewerly is not cheap. I have cheap jewelry thats last way longer than this.

It’s a real company and will send u the jewelry but the quality is not what i expected for my price. I returned the item

Customer service never got back to me as I had an inquiry moments after ordering. Customer support and communication is definitely lacking. The jewelry was very cute but extremely overpriced for the quality. Packaging was not reflective of the price either. I was disappointed and was looking forward to ordering more from the company for gifts but due to price, lack of communication, and subpar packaging I will not order again. The designs are great and the jewelry is very appealing. Too bad the price is so high for what you get.

I asked for a capital "S" and received a small s with no zircons. Someone offered to help with an exchange but I never heard from them again. Not too happy

I went to the store at Soho, NY to make a return at 3:30 and it was closed. The door says it closes at 7 pm and I returned at six and it was already closed. The lady who works there let me in and informed me that I could not return an item purchased online at the store. All the Businesses that I have bought from have the service to return items purchased online at their stores. This one should have it too! Know I will have to ship the neklace form México to the address they gave me and pay for the shipping. I´m not very happy for that.

I still haven’t received the item after weeks and no update on where it is.
