I think it is worrying to see Karens who can’t understand a covid outbreak had this company closed for 2 weeks with no staff like all companies hence the delays which has been explained. Also can see a not so smart competitor or two left complaints but have left lots of good reviews on the own accounts. No idea why people are saying the quality of the sweets are poor when quite obviously on socials and in my recent order that did take 14 days to arrive, that quality was incredible! The Vegan are my favourite. This company is great for Value&quality if you’re someone thinking about ordering I usually get my product within 1-3 days but since the recent outbreak the whole world faced in January they’ve taken longer. Customer service was great when they got to my message(took a few days) but can only imagine how many people are emailing them due to the backlog they suffered. I will definitely be ordering again and highly recommend if you like proper pic n mix 😄Looking forward to the fast delivery returning

More interested in their social media status, with "influencers" pushing the product, rather than product quality or customer service. Avoid at all costs and save yourself hassle and money. Company will delete all negative feedback from social media and will block you rather than actually trying to help deal with a problem. This says it all really about their view of customers and shows their clearly dishonest behaviour. Companies like this eventually bottom out with this typically scam-like behaviour as more customers are left disappointed and the company blindly does not deal with problems. Avoid avoid avoid.

Won't reply to emails or dms No sign of order that was ordered the 12th

Since ye decided to delete my comment on everything else here is is again! Sweets are very bad, no quality of sweets what so ever ! Customer service is JOKE, not to mention delivery an absolute sham. Wouldnt buy from here ever again !

Horrible tasting, cheap quality sweets. I purchased a mystery box from them. There was no variety of sweets in the bags & they tasted disgusting. Had to throw everything away. Total waste of money! Will not be buying from SweetKing again!

After ordering mini bags for a hen party upcoming I realised that I had messed up the message on my customised order 🤦🏼‍♀️ I got onto the customer service team via Instagram DMs and they honestly couldn’t have been more helpful! They fixed my error for me immediately and advised they would have it shipped straight away for my to have in time for my occasion, even giving me the tracking number so I could follow it and ensure it reached me on time🙌🏻 The whole Hen party loved the jellies, they were to die for!!! And the customised bags were such a lovely keepsake for the weekend🥰 Thank you so much for all your help and yummy products team SweetKing 🙏🏼

This company has declined in so many ways , in products, and mostly in customer service which is non exciting, 3 weeks I'm waiting on a order that was promised nxt day. Never again order from this company.

PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! Amazing local start up at the beginning, but now as popularity has risen, quality has diminished rapidly. Please be advised that customer service is practically non existent, and delivery varies from 1 week to 4 weeks.
