Received my order today it’s gone majorly down hill packaging had holes in the inside box and sweets felt soggy!! These aren’t cheap sweets and standards have slipped majorly!! The printing was very faded on the sleeves and no care taken in putting the sweets in the boxes I used to use these as teacher gifts now I feel they feel cheap and would be embarrassed giving!

Hi I ordered on the 30th of June for the first time and still have not received my order. I understand there is a 2-4 day processing time but it's be 12 days and no order. I have emailed 3 times and no word back To update they cancelled my order a few days after this and refunded me no sorry or anything . Just said they didn't have my items in stock even though they did at the time of purchase terrible company and that hurts me to say as I want to support Irish grown companies avoid

Service was good in the beginning great offers and great delivery time .. recently it’s shocking, delayed orders no tracking info, orders stuffed into plastic bags, ordered personalised labels for a party on the 50% offer, half came with the labels correct other half are wrong, emailed 3 times in 2 weeks asking for new labels and got no response, delivery takes over a week and no communication from them whatsoever, will never order again

My biggest complaint is their customer service. No response to emails. No phone number. I made a mistake on an order noticed it when I got automated response to order. I sent an email straight away but got no response. Delivery arrives today so will be interesting to see what's in it. Meant to get an email on dispatch but only got message from courier.

Delivery is terrible. Ordered for easter - easter bags and all that. nearly a 100 quid on seets for family and that. Emails ignored. Heard nothing from them and items wont be here for easter. So will have to go get eggs tomorrow to give them something - lets hope some are still in stock. First and last time ordering. Update: They came around 3 weeks later

1st ordered, delivery late no reply to email. 2nd delivery still waiting no response to email. Once could be fault of delivery service gave second chance never again!

Still waiting for my delivery 2 weeks later. No tracking info provided. Have previously ordered and was unhappy with the delay. Gave them the benefit of doubt again this time...very disappointing.

Theres a small amount of decent sweets then the bag is padded out with the cheapest tasteless sweets they can find. Last time I'll buy after buying a number of bags since they started. Don't fall for the slick marketing for a well below average product.
