Have been waiting over 3 weeks for an order, I’ve had packages arrive from America quicker then this. I contacted customer service and all they could tell me was it’s shipped but the courier has not scanned it so they don’t know how long it will take . Not sure if they will ever arrive at this stage ! They continue to advertise discounts and take more peoples money instead of getting on top of existing orders and delivery times

Horrendous waiting over 2 weeks still no package contacted 3 times and still no reply stay well away of this horrendous company

Cheap-tasting,overpriced and over-rated!This company should spend less time promoting a fake image and spend more time on people skills,starting with their treatment of those that work for them both in the past and the present!

Cheap, tasteless, imported sweets, nearly lost a tooth on the vegan bag ! Crap customer service and even worse management ! Staff being let go left right and centre, no thought given to the families of the people they are firing on the spot without any notice or prior warning. DISGRACFUL BEHAVIOUR ! Watch this space, I'd say sweet king are on the way out at the rate they are loosing/ firing staff !!

Cheap tasting sweets, very little variety, overpriced. Sick of seeing constant Instagram stories of "Influenceres" flogging these sweets. It says a lot about a company that need others to vouch for them

Just not good anymore. I have ordered well over 10 times with Sweet King and towards the end of 2021 I noticed the fizzy sweets were no longer fizzy but just sweets with a coating of sugar on them and the variety of sweets was horrendous, you’d have about 8 sweets repeated in the bag and that’s it when before you’d have well into 20 different sweets in there and they weren’t even decent sweets they’d be cheap tasting sweets that you’d never have seen in your life, sad to see the quality drop but I buy sweets to enjoy them and if I’m not enjoying them I’m not going to buy them, just very sad really considering how many orders I placed throughout the year I was genuinely delighted to find a good sweet company but the quality just dropped
