I was very hesitant to order after seeing constant negative reviews but with the sale that was on and being able to use a 30% off discount code on top of the sale, I risked ordering. I ordered New Year's Day and the order arrived 12 or so days later. Considering the bank holidays, logistic delays with Covid, etc.. I thought this was a fair delivery timeframe. DPD delivered the order. I ordered the Occasion bundle and a mystery box, which according to the website, has a combined normal price totalling around £104. With the sale and the discount code I used, the order came to around £40 with free delivery. I emailed them a few days after my order and received a response within 48 hours, so I had no issues there. The quality of the sweets is surprisingly excellent. There is a very large variety and they don't actually taste cheap like another review has said. There was a packet of bon bons on my order and they taste like the old school ones from years ago, so good. I've ordered from a handful of online pick n mix stores now and I genuinely believe Sweet King has been the best quality and by far the best value for money so far. I'm glad I gave them the benefit of the doubt. My advice for Sweet King is just to be candid on your website. 1-3 days delivery timeframe is near impossible at the moment, so try to set customer expectations realistically instead of stating a timeframe you won't be able to commit to. I expected around 2 week delivery, and therefore I wasn't disappointed. I hope this is a positive turnaround for you guys. Prices are by far the most competitive I have seen and the quality is fantastic. I think people would still order if shown a longer delivery period, as I know I will certainly be ordering again based on this order.

Ordered the 5th Jan and still waiting, left a message on there Facebook page, and then got blocked obviously didn't like my comments. As I said to them I'll never order off them again. Customer service absolutely disgraceful, if going to lie to customers they should get there story straight.

Very bad delivery service. Even though the delivery charges are nearly more expensive than the product. I ordered on the 5th January and still waiting for it to arrive after 10 days!!!

Dont bother unless ya have 4 weeks to wait for your order they ignor every email they keep uploading new orders available tho and will spam you with messages ! waste of time

Absolutely terrible company... 1st time I ordered from there I ordered personalised sweet bags for my daughters birthday. They claimed it would take 1-3 days delivery but still a week later nothing. They arrived 11 days after I ordered them so they never arrived for my daughters birthday. Now I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and ordered again and low and behold I'm waiting 9 days now and counting. They are a bloody disgrace. If I could give a zero I would.

Ordered 4 boxes over Christmas to give as gifts All came bust open And bags of sweets sliced open as if with a blade Shocking service. Told they would replace.... Received nothing Avoid this company

Brutal, i live 15 minute's away from their HQ, and first time i ordered online took 11 DAYS to deliver, and that was after contacting them! Gave them the benefit of the doubt, so ordered again, and yet again over a week and still waiting! That is shocking! I have gotten things delivered from Japan faster!

Ordered some Christmas present hampers and some sweets for the house. 2 hampers were completely busted. The sweets are absolutely dreadful now. They used to be good but there so cheap. Fizzy sweets are sugar coated with zero taste. 3 weeks waiting on a reply and still nothing. Go elsewhere. It won't be long before they shut up shop.
