Avoid at all cost! Customer service is non existent! Waited weeks for an order after several emails and messages on social media. Not even an apology that the order was extremely late and not needed as the party was long finished! to top it all of only half the order arrived when it did!! Absolute scammers, don't think I would have received anything if I didn't hound them with emails! Totally understand when there's a genuine delay with orders, but what boiled my blood was the lack of customer service and that paying customers get left behind but by God they make sure there Instagram friends get there promotion boxes on time every month!

Ordered well over 3 weeks ago. No correspondence from them. Tried to email and got no reply. Tried to raise it on social media a few days ago and they deleted comment and blocked me. Avoid.

Have ordered here a few times, delivery can be a bit longer sometimes but they always have good deals on. Sweets are lovely too!

I had been a fan of these sweets until recently, the quality and taste of the sweets have really gone downhill from what they used to be and I would not order again as they are. All sweets taste the same, no variety and the "fizzy" ones are far from it. I had no issues with delivery at the time unlike many other reviewers. I emailed them constructive feedback weeks ago on this and they couldn't even be bothered to acknowledge it, although I wasn't expecting them to. It is such a shame that they have gone this way but they are just not worth it... even with the constant "discounts" and promotions!

0* Order takes ages to arrive (only really pushed through when I complained) and when arrived was missing a 1kg. Won't bother to email me back. Customer service is non existent.Using Covid as an excuse.Maybe stop taking orders and clear the back log!!! Absolute joke of a company.

DO NOT PURCHASE UNLESS YOU LIVE IN THE REPUBLIC OF IRELAND. I ordered a bundle of sweets and waited 2 weeks for a dispatch email. After numerous attempts to contact sweet king finally, a week, they responded with an automated email with an refund application attached, I wasn't satisfied with this as I had ordered the product to receive it, not to get a refund. After a week later of more attempts of getting in contact with an agent, I had a respond on Instagram. They told me they didn't didn't even ship to the United Kingdom?! Which I found weird considering the website asked me if I wanted to 'shop in the United Kingdom' and apparently that's because they USED to ship there but hadn't updated their website??? If that were to true and the website hadn't just been scamming people left right and centre(check the reviews, it's likely) then it is absolutely poor management skills, at best!! Long story short, they scammed me and a lot of other people, their website is false advertisement and their customer service is shocking. They took my money straight away and do not seem to be in a hurry to refund it..15 days to be exact. In the end I'm glad I received the refund application because from what I've read I would have been more disappointed with the product more so than their dire customer service.

Update: After three weeks there was still no reply concerning missing 1 kg of sweets so I emailed again Friday 18th Feb, got a reply the 19th and the missing kg came on the 22nd. Although the gluten free selection was very good and the vegan selection fine I won’t be ordering again. Ordered on the 13th of January, after a fortnight I emailed to check where my order was, the next day I got an email saying that it was dispatched and it still hasn’t arrived nor have I been provided with tracking. I have emailed three times since and haven’t gotten any replies. I see from comments on Instagram that others are having similar issues. Order arrived on Saturday 5th of February, but only 3 of the 4 bags ordered were in the package. I have contacted Sweetking to advise on the missing bag.

I ordered a month ago, and i still have not received my order. They have taken my money and cut contact. I've sent 15 emails and none have been answered. Have contacted them on Instagram too and nothing. The worst thing is they keep running promotions and they can't fulfill the orders they have. Wake up and sort out your existing customers! Also they won't entertain my requests for a refund either. Ridiculous
