Still waiting on an order from Feb 2nd, despite them promoting next day delivery since yday. Yet I still don't have mine. Message to say they'd update me amd nothing. Still no delivery today. Ridiculous. At least give an explanation.

Love Sweet King every time I order them or pick them up locally! Great brand and great team behind everything 👑

Got my sweets today and to say I was disappointed is an understatement. I got all of the belts and frankly putting it they tasted like cardboard. The sweets are simply not worth the cost. You’re better off getting penny sweets in the local corner shop. I have bought from them before and was hoping it would have improved slightly but the new mixes are actually horrible. Worse than before. Whatever they have done to cut costs have made the company a pure disappointment. I’m mad at myself for not reading the reviews on here before ordering.

I have ordered a few times from Sweetking and they always impress me, the quality of sweets is exceptional, the packaging is great and the delivery is always on time.

I was delighted with the quality of the sweets and the fact this is a local Irish company. I did have a delays with my order but customer service kept me updated that they suffered a covid outbreak which is understandable. If you like premium quality & sour pic n mix these guys are worth trying! Will definitely be back🙌🏼

I've had nothing but good experiences with Sweet King, I always get my order within a reasonable time and the sweets are always great! Will order again!

Sweet King have a great business idea with plenty of opportunity however they are failing to pay attention to the customer experience. In my first order what I was sent versus what was advertised was a disgrace to rectify this I was sent a discount code that didn’t work. As the sweets were nice and they had yet another good idea I decided to order again for Valentines in Jan, my order has not arrived. Many customers are giving out about the same thing on social media and showing pictures of what has arrived for them which is not what is being sold or described! Sweet King are then blocking and deleting customer feedback online. This is shocking so yes while I understand a business is getting off the ground they will never be anything without their customers a lot of whom seem very irate, me included! SK need to invest in quality packaging, hire someone who can spell along with deal with their customers respectfully. They have no issue taking payment for products that never arrive OR arrive not as ordered OR not as described! Very poor for what could be a huge success. Would not recommend and will never order again. Finally they promote constantly through influencers who receive beautifully boxed, correctly spelt, perfectly timed packages.

where do i start first of all was told they pride themsleves in next day delivery but said would have to wait five days due to covid shortages which was fine. four weeks later and finally arrives bare in mind they’re based in cork and i’m based in kerry would get faster delivery from shein. i got a you pick we mix bag and didn’t even get half the stuff i asked for in it even though you have to pay extra for these bags . so disappointed their quality has gone way down since i last ordered, with customer service and the actual product. not even an apology for the late delay or the lies i was told. basic enough sweets nothing special like they used to be. will not be purchasing again unfortunately. they had a great start off but think they are getting too big for their own boots at this stage. it’s about quality not quantity and how much you can sell
