So I have been playing with SJ for some months now. The reason for two star. They do payout, and I've only had a couple of situations where it took a few days. Now with that being said I don't like that now all the sudden if you buy coins there is a 2.9% on your card trans actions. Meaning if I buy a coin package that cost $19.99 they're going to load $20.00 but the charge is actually $20.57. i don't think that is right especially when they say when you buy gold coins you get sweeps coins for free which is actually technically real money. I think for VIP players the rewards should be a little better.

Update 9/18/26 Formal demand letters have now been sent through the proper channels to their support and anti-fraud team also by certified mail to the parent company in Delaware I will be waiting the time appropriately before moving to the next step #wewillnotfold They asked me for more details here I'll bring it down, I spend $30 and I won $3,000 on my welcome bonus pack. They didn't like that so they asked for every verification form they could I gave them my ID screenshots of the card I used screenshots from my bank I gave them bank statements I gave them multiple screenshots even showing the transaction that I made through them and they said at the very end 20 emails back and forth giving them everything they required they said I was suspicious that I am under suspicion and that my account is banned and that they would refund any money that I put into their system $30 they were funded back to the card they're saying wasn't mine so I even sent him a screenshot of that from my banking app if that's the details y'all want me to add in here fine don't worry the attorney general has them also y'all have like 26 days left to make this right I would like to update on here they replied to me on my review right now but that's a sham, not once have they tried to get my email address I'll put it right here for them Scottcope2189 gmail.com there you go you don't got to pretend like y'all went to go get it there it is that's the person y'all messed me over worse than probably anyone you've ever messed anyone over before just cuz I popped 3,000 on my welcome bonus doesn't mean y'all get to mess me over I've already started my complaint with the attorney general Texas and Delaware's office I won't stop with this until y'all make it right. It's going to end up being a lot more than $3,000 I promise. ***********absolute nightmare these people are the epitome of scum********** I have 20 something emails back and forth with this place, harassing me asking for documents that didn't exist well 20 emails later I beat them I acquired every single piece of documents they wanted, I have $3,000 redeemed three different redemptions all $1,000 and you know what they did they said I'm being suspicious with my documents and banned my account and denied all my redemptions. When I say this I say this with my whole heart I've never lied I'm an honest man. And what these people did right here is an atrocity to our country and our gambling commission and the people that make us feel safe when we do gamble knowing that we're not going to get robbed by low life criminals as these people. I will make it my life's mission to make sure they get what's coming to them. Attorney general governor commission everything. I know y'all had fun watching me squirm for that money. I won it fair and square I will not go out like this.

I have had redemption requests pending for two months now. I just get the same AI response whenever I contact support about it. I will change this review if they ever pay out.

Ive played at sweepsjungle for a while now and ive never had a problem with redemptions. they have the games i like, they have have good promotions. If you enjoy crowncoins youll probably like sweepsjungle. I recently had a problem waiting a while for a redemption but, after going to support and asking them to put my redemption through, they obliged very quickly. Less than an hour. I can definitely recommend them.
