After waiting over a week and a half to cash out and to go through some type of fraud verification when I'm a depositing customer and just because I want off of a bonus they wouldn't pay me my whole $100 they only pay me $25 and they didn't tell me this until it was time to pay me which they took and drug their feet with it was so upsetting because they had me do all the extra steps and wake the extra long time and I was expecting that money by the time I got it it was already spent really you only got 25 it really hurt me and they said they do that all the time but I've won on bonuses before and they let me cash out and they've had that policy they trying to pull up the whole time that they choosing picture they want to not pay and I don't like that I really like this place until then I new to the review site so bear with me for my reply because I'm not sure if I'm doing it correctly Your response claims this comes down to rules on promotional funds, but your own records show inconsistent enforcement. Second, in past redemptions, my balance was built the exact same way—from promotional play—and was paid out without issue. Now, suddenly, under Ticket #8JDDV7, my $100 redemption was capped at 25 SC and the remaining $75 was wiped out using Section 1.5. Telling me publicly to contact Support for 'clarification' is misleading. I already escalated this, asked for a supervisor review, and was told in writing that the decision was final and the case was closed. You accepted my deposits and previously paid out this exact source of funds, but are now using fine-print restrictions to withhold legitimate winnings.

I won $124 and you guys only paided me out $40.27 and even my bank is confused on why I didn't received the whole payment

It has been a month since I’ve tried to cash out $400 and I’m still getting the same AI response every time that it’s in process and they have an increased amount of redemptions so it’s delayed. Absolutely unbelievable. Horrible horrible platform. Update: finally got paid out exactly 1 month later to the date. I won’t be playing on here again unless they get their redemptions figured out. Glad i got my money but a monthand 20 emails later is insane

The redemption process was an absolute nightmare! My account was was fully verified before I ever submitted the redemption request. The next day I received an email that I needed to redo my verification process from start to finish, which I did. Then 2 days later I received an email asking for documents to verify my address, which I did. Here we are 12 days later and I had to reach out to inquire about my redemption, just for them to FINALLY approve it. When I sign up for a site, I always immediately verify my account. So for them to ask me to reverify all of my information for no reason at all other than just stall paying me what I won is absolutely ridiculous. I get redemptions from several sites throughout the week and not once have I ran into issues like I did with SweepJungle. They definitely lost a customer, I will take my money and spent it on sites that are actually honest and trustworthy.
