By far my favorite
By far my favorite. But im giving 2 stars is because how long my redemptions are taking. This is very disheartening because everything has gone so smooth in the past but now its moving at a snails pace.

I've been waiting on my redemption for…
I've been waiting on my redemption for 3 days now and the crazy part is I had to reverify everything when I was already verified in December cause I had a redemption then and it came that same day so what's the hold up now why are redemptions taking so long if I would have known it took this long I would have took my money else where so please fix this and give me my money cause this is ridiculous

I have been waiting for over two months…
I have been waiting for over two months for my redemption and they keep giving me the same answer that they're in the middle of processing it and are experiencing a high volume of active requests. I just want my redemption... Edit: After emailing them every day and trying to actually get updates from support, I finally got my redemption today 9/19

Asinine security measures
I submitted my redemption September 2nd. They needed me to verify my identity even though it's been verified. It took a week for them to review it. When I redeemed to my linked card they claimed I didn't know my own card number so told me I can use another card. I used another card and they told me I had to make a purchase first which I shouldn't have to do since it's a sweepstakes but I wasn't that pressed about it. I tried to make a purchase with 2 cards and it wouldn't let me. It did allow me the next day. After I made a purchase they then said they need a selfie holding my card. It was a virtual card so I held up my banking app displaying the card and took a selfie. It should be the same as taking a photo with your actual card but they said they need a screenshot from my banking app which I cannot take because the banking app blacks it out when you screenshot for your security. They wanted a statement showing the last 4 digits of the card which does not exist. Every time they said "you just need you do this" I just had to do one more thing. It was infuriating and asinine considering there was nothing wrong with the original card I redeemed to. They did finally process my redemption today, September 14th.

So I have been playing with SJ for some…
So I have been playing with SJ for some months now. The reason for two star. They do payout, and I've only had a couple of situations where it took a few days. Now with that being said I don't like that now all the sudden if you buy coins there is a 2.9% on your card trans actions. Meaning if I buy a coin package that cost $19.99 they're going to load $20.00 but the charge is actually $20.57. i don't think that is right especially when they say when you buy gold coins you get sweeps coins for free which is actually technically real money. I think for VIP players the rewards should be a little better.

It has been a month since I’ve tried to…
It has been a month since I’ve tried to cash out $400 and I’m still getting the same AI response every time that it’s in process and they have an increased amount of redemptions so it’s delayed. Absolutely unbelievable. Horrible horrible platform. Update: finally got paid out exactly 1 month later to the date. I won’t be playing on here again unless they get their redemptions figured out. Glad i got my money but a monthand 20 emails later is insane

They flood you with emails with offers…
They flood you with emails with offers but you can't redeem any of them if you have more than 50 bucks in your account. And seriously about 3 emails per day.
