I had such a difficult time redeeming…
I had such a difficult time redeeming my sweeps coins ($550) that I have been completely turned off to Sweeps Jungle! They requested the same verification documents that I continuously submitted five times and continued to cancel my redeems without notice five times. It took 5 attempts over more than a month to receive what was a legitimate redemption. I felt like they were trying to exhaust me so I would give up. NOT COOL!

I've been waiting on my redemption for…
I've been waiting on my redemption for 3 days now and the crazy part is I had to reverify everything when I was already verified in December cause I had a redemption then and it came that same day so what's the hold up now why are redemptions taking so long if I would have known it took this long I would have took my money else where so please fix this and give me my money cause this is ridiculous

Been waiting over two weeks for a…
Been waiting over two weeks for a payout of 1000 like many other reviews I keep getting told it’s prioritized to the finance team a week of hearing that and still nothing they said everything is verified and good on my end still waiting I play on lots of sites and I’ve never experienced an issue like this

I have been waiting for over two months…
I have been waiting for over two months for my redemption and they keep giving me the same answer that they're in the middle of processing it and are experiencing a high volume of active requests. I just want my redemption... Edit: After emailing them every day and trying to actually get updates from support, I finally got my redemption today 9/19
