Easy to navigate
Easy to navigate and a lot of ways to stay connected. The anti-fraud team is swift efficient and easy to communicate with so if there’s any need for verification, there’s not too much of a delay. The bonus games could use a little help but otherwise vary of options and would highly recommend.

Hi there, easy navigation, plenty of ways to stay connected, and a smooth verification process is a lovely mix to read about. Your point about the feature rounds is fair, and it's been passed along so we can keep improving the game experience. 💚 The SweepJungle Team

I love the slots good graphics and pretty decent payouts. Was extremely happy that this is a legit gaming platform. Honestly I've downloaded and played plus put in some money over the years and always some problems with withdrawal and actual cash you pay for is gone quickly. This game however is great to play just for the fun without putting in any money. So far I've spent not even 20 dollars and just cashed out 100 so not complaining or quitting any time soon.

I’m giving it a 4 because they have great games. I did redeem $900. It took 2 weeks but it did come.

Max withdraw
Would be better if the max withdraw amount wasn’t capped at 1000 SC
Response from SweepJungleSep 1, 2026
Hi there! Thanks for the note on the 1000 SC withdraw cap. We hear that feedback and keep it in mind as we look at ways to improve the redemption experience going forward. 🌿 The SweepJungle Team

It was my first time playing this site…$100!
It was my first time playing this site and I won $100! I have to admit being first time redeeming, I was a little concerned about getting paid when it was taking a little longer than normal. Especially since I was burned by one site for like $200 a couple of months ago. But I have to say they are legit- no worries- they just paid Me about an hr ago! Also a shout out to customer service to -- prompt, polite, and helpful.

That’s why our team takes security and genuine payouts so seriously, and we’re glad your $100 redemption landed safely and our support team could reassure you along the way. Thank you for sharing your genuine experience with the community! 💚 The SweepJungle Team

They done denyed my redemption like 4…
They done denyed my redemption like 4 times already I sent everything they asked for and still it gets denied. But they will take my payment no problem. Once I get my redemption if I ever do I’m not playin on this online casino no more. Everything was good untill I tried to get paid. They did end up accepting it and paying me what I won. So I went back and changed the star rateing to 4 cuz everything is good just took a while to finally pass verication.

Hi there! Thanks for spelling it out. Four denials after you already sent everything — while purchases flew through — is a brutal split in the experience. 🌿 We try to make redemption checks clearer and faster, but some reviews still fail match/security rules under our Terms and need a proper re-look. Contact [email protected] with your account email and we’ll say exactly why it stopped and what’s needed next. 💚 The SweepJungle Team
