The clean layout and promising game selection initially gave me high hopes for this platform. Unfortunately, after waiting over three weeks for my redemption with no real response from their support team, I’ve completely lost confidence in their legitimacy. I regret not checking other reviews before spending my money here.

I can't even believe how long redeems are taking. Months and months and no end to this in site. Don't deposit!!!!! (Lol look at this reply. They are pretending that this is normal, when I have contacted support over 10 times and have been told no new information).

Este casino pasó mucho trabajo para sacar mi dinero aún no me paga dice que edito mi steimend de banco cuando no es cierto lo bajo directo de mi aplicación al correo mucho dolor de cabeza para poder sacar el dinero que uno pudo adquirir realmente hoy aún no me han pagado cada vez que hago mi reedem siempre me lo rebotan .Algo que no me pasa con ningún casino .

I submitted my redemption September 2nd. They needed me to verify my identity even though it's been verified. It took a week for them to review it. When I redeemed to my linked card they claimed I didn't know my own card number so told me I can use another card. I used another card and they told me I had to make a purchase first which I shouldn't have to do since it's a sweepstakes but I wasn't that pressed about it. I tried to make a purchase with 2 cards and it wouldn't let me. It did allow me the next day. After I made a purchase they then said they need a selfie holding my card. It was a virtual card so I held up my banking app displaying the card and took a selfie. It should be the same as taking a photo with your actual card but they said they need a screenshot from my banking app which I cannot take because the banking app blacks it out when you screenshot for your security. They wanted a statement showing the last 4 digits of the card which does not exist. Every time they said "you just need you do this" I just had to do one more thing. It was infuriating and asinine considering there was nothing wrong with the original card I redeemed to. They did finally process my redemption today, September 14th.
