I’ve been waiting over three months to…
I’ve been waiting over three months to get my redemptions paid out. Support canceled my cashouts due to internal "technical issues," even though my account was completely verified and in good standing as confirmed by support. I started their official 30-day informal dispute process as stated in their Terms & Conditions. That 30-day legal window ended last month without my funds being paid or anyone giving me a real timeline. Since they completely ignored their own terms and failed to resolve the debt during the 30-day window, I am now moving forward with formal JAMS arbitration to recover the money owed. I would not recommend this platform to any user as there are other great alternatives out there.

Site Will Keep Your Redemptions Pending FOREVER
EDITED: SweepJungle ended up banning me without specifying why, agreed to refund me $4,000 of my purchases and so far has only sent about $3,000. My remaining balance on the site was obviously deleted. Terrible site to play on if you like actually redeeming. I played on SweepJungle due to a good game selection and solid deals. Ended up spending quite a bit but I won most of it back. However, SweepJungle says they will pay out redemptions within a week, and I have pending redemptions almost 2 months old at this point. I have messaged support and they said they will "speed things up". And I even have a VIP manager that says the same thing! Scam site that will gladly let you buy and lose but will never pay out your redemptions should you happen to win.

They flood you with emails with offers…
They flood you with emails with offers but you can't redeem any of them if you have more than 50 bucks in your account. And seriously about 3 emails per day.
