They stole my money
I received 3 sabers, all of which have issues. The expensive replica saber doesn't even turn on with a fully charged battery. I emailed them and got one response asking for video proof and I provided that via email. It's now been 2 weeks with no response so they have basically stolen my money. Both other sabers have issues like damaged battery that cannot be removed from the hilt, and a blade that is smaller than the hilt so the light doesn't travel strongly to the end of the blade when it turns on. If they respond and provide a free exchange of sabers then I'll change my review however I highly recommend you not waste your money with this company. Update: Thank you for finally responding to me. Like I said above. I emailed you the video you requested and you still have not responded to that email which was now months ago. Respond to my email that have you the video evidence you requested and make this right and then I'll change my review.
Response from SWA SabersAug 31, 2026
We want to clarify what actually happened here, because this review leaves out an important part of the troubleshooting process. When you told us the replica saber would not power on, we did respond and specifically asked you: “Can you send a video of yourself fully removing the battery and reinserting it? I am curious if it says ‘Power Up’ when you do.” That step matters because the battery must be fully removed and properly reseated in the chassis before we can determine whether there is actually a defective component. Simply continuing to say the battery “cannot be removed” without following the troubleshooting instructions does not allow us to diagnose the issue. The battery is designed to be removable. If you are having difficulty removing it, we can absolutely help show you how, but we need the requested video so we can see what you are doing and identify the problem. Regarding the blade that appears brighter near the hilt and fades toward the tip: that is a DuraBlade combat saber, not a Pixel saber. DuraBlades are illuminated from the hilt, so that appearance is normal and is part of the lighter, combat-focused design. If there is a genuine manufacturing defect with any of the sabers, we will repair or replace the affected component at no cost. We are not asking anyone to simply accept a defective product — we are asking that the troubleshooting steps be completed so we can identify what actually needs to be replaced.
