I was very disappointed when I saw that SWA Sabers sent me an email right after I made a purchase, telling me I need to pay extra for taxes. I got the email seconds after my purchase so they obviously know about it beforehand but decide not to tell you so you get trapped. The message also said my order wouldn't be processed before I paid the extra taxe, so I thought I'd send them an email about it to sort it out and not cancel right away but I got another email saying it's being processed meaning they probably won't let me get a refund. And by the way, I haven't had a response on my email yet. Also, on the website it clearly said 3-5 days shipping but judging by all the reviews I see here, I'm not sure I would even get it before next month which is when I need them. I'll update my review if I get any news... Update : They reached out and offered to pay for the extra tax, which is nice. And they told me I'd get my saber in time so we'll see when I'll get my sabers 🤞

I love the sabers but I snapped my blade in my hilt by heavy dueling which is advertised and which is advertised can’t remove it i need a replacement blade sent to me

Website says 3-5 day shipping, it took 2 1/2 weeks to get an update. My suggestion is ask the chat bot "where is my order" and then the site will actually update you on where your order is. Most likely in Hong Kong.

I ordered the Savior saber on the "buy one get two free" promotion, and I chose the Acolyte & the Warrior as my two free sabers. I received the Warrior and a starter saber.

Ordered 17 days ago and while that isn’t that long of a time span, it should be known that they advertise 3-5 business days then say after you order that it should take 3-4 weeks. Even so, you’d expect something but all I’ve received is the “order ready, June 11th” quotation and nothing else, not prepared for shipping or anything. Did some digging: reddit say they are a scam, the reviews on here advise against buying. Not the happiest I’ve ever been. So it’s been a couple hours and SWA emailed and texted, good on them. They didn’t lash out at me or call me slurs, just a simple “Hey it’s *blank* from SWA sabers, hopefully you’ll change your review once you see the quality of our sabers. *insert tracking number*. Along with this came an email saying my order has been updated and a link to my tracking number. Sad to see it took a bad review for them to reach out and begin my order but hey at least they did. All in all I’ve definitely seen better customer service but also seen worse. I’ll leave another update once the sabers arrive. Thanks SWA

There's nothing wrong with the company. I think but I knew that it was going to be a long time before I got them but I was hoping that they would come before June 27th. Cause I'm leaving, but but nothing generally wrong with the company. I'm just waiting to hear back from them so I can figure out when they're coming. Order 8798

The three sabers I got are gorgeous, so much fun and have a great heft and feel. Love them. Absolutely five stars. Getting my order was a bit of an ordeal. I don’t know if it was because of the buy one get two free deal but I placed my order at the end of January and didn’t get the sabers until the end of March. Was difficult to get updates. That’s the only reason for the three stars.

Went with 3 stars because order hasn’t arrived yet… my son has been eyeing these for months and finally saved up enough money to purchase. It is breaking my heart, thinking he may have just got scammed. Order was placed March 9th, no updates in the order. I have now emailed twice with no response. Crossing my fingers my little one didn’t just get his heart broken, he so very excited!!
