Waiting on shipping update
Placed an order for a buy one get two free. As I live in England almost instantly got a second email asking for extra money for the VAT. Although is no doubt in the small pri t I think it should have been disclosed and includes in the original invoice after shipping was confirmed. Anyway, I have made the purchase but as typical then come across these reviews. Which concern me as require the products a lot sooner than the 2 months some have been waiting. Have contasted customer services within an hour of purchase to cancel the order but informed that is not possible as has entered the fulfilment process. I asked them for assurance that I would receive this in the 3-5 business days a d update me on shipping and only got a reply saying dispatched....strange as they say they are not off the shelf products so to go from order to dispatch within an hour so cant be cancelled? Please explain that and assure these are not just rebadhed off the shelf chinese imports? However, although you say dispatched, you havent said shipped or sent tracking information yet. I have ordered from swasabers.com website and can sign on on there and see my order. It wont allow me to share the info email address i have communicated with but maybe worth you adding it to your responses on here then customers can see if they have been talking to the right SWA Sabers Please can you confirm that contact email is correct as may help myself and/or others that may be talking to a scammer etc. I will happily amend and review this rating should my purchase arrive timely manner (as you have said cant cancel as dispatched i would expect tracking information within 24 hours), with all correct parts, screws and accessories etc. I do hope and appreciate that a lot of these bad reviews are because of scam sites and not the actual SWA sabers.

Nigel, regarding order #25152, we’ve now refunded the £74.60 VAT/import charge in full. To clarify, this was not an additional shipping charge from SWA Sabers. Your shipping is free. VAT/import fees are separate government-imposed charges for orders entering the United Kingdom, as explained in our Shipping Policy. Normally, we collect that amount so it can be handled on your behalf and help prevent customs delays. However, in your case, we’ve decided to absorb that cost ourselves as a courtesy. So you are all set — there is nothing further to pay. We also want to reassure you that your order is legitimate and was placed through SWAsabers.com.
