I always look for bargains. For myself or for family and friends. It just isn't possible to afford everything brand new, so I keep my eyes open to the deals! Swap.com has sold me many wonderful items, from scarves to jackets, to many beautiful dolls and bears meant for little ones in crisis. I keep them in my Jeep just in case. I could not be the caring person I present myself to be without the aid of Swap.com. I have never been disappointed although often surprised by the size of a toy cat. While I am thinking it is about 4" tall it turns out to be 14" tall. The amazement is always positive.

I WAS JUST REJECTED AND KICKED OUT OF SWAP.COM ‘S PREMIER SELLER’S PROGRAM ! THEIR CLAIM IS THAT MY MOST RECENT BOXES OF ITEMS RECEIVED DID NOT REACH A CERTAIN REQUIREMENT PERCENTAGE RATE ! THE REAL TRUTH IS WHEN I ORDERED OVER $400 IN WOMEN CLOTHING FROM THEM AND RETURNED 98% PERCENT OF IT, BECAUSE OF POOR QUALITY AND ITEMS NOT BEING AS DESCRIBED! I PAID $400 PLUS, IN TOTAL FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT THROUGH KLARNA! I QUESTIONED SWAP.COM, ABOUT MY ITEMS AND MY ORDER, AND THIS WAS NOT ACCEPTABLE TO THEM ! THEY HAD TO HAVE BEEN OR GOTTEN UPSET BECAUSE OF MY HUGE RETURN ! THEY DID NOT COMPENSATE ME IN CASH, AS I PAID THEM, BUT IN STORE CREDIT WHICH I DID NOT AND DO NOT WANT ! I RETURNED EVERY ITEM BACK TO THEM, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF ABOUT FIVE PIECES, WHICH I WILL BE RETURNING TO THEM , OVER THE WEEKEND !! I PAID THEM OVER $400 CASH, BUT THEY HAVE GIVEN ME STORE CREDIT FOR ONLY $231.32 ! THIS AMOUNT, I DO NOT UNDERSTAND! BECAUSE OF THIS, I HAVE BEEN RELEASED FROM THEIR PREMIER SELLER PROGRAM! MY RELEASE FROM THEIR PROGRAM, CAME ONCE I STARTED TO BE A DIFFICULT CUSTOMER OR A PROBLEM , FOR THEM ! THE PERSON HANDLING MY QUESTIONS, ETC ; NAME IS PATRICK ! I HAVE BEEN A VERY VALUABLE CUSTOMER SELLING , MAKING OVER $20, 000 IN SALES! I HAVE PURCHASED AND DONATED THOUSANDS OF ITEMS , FROM SWAP.COM! I HAVE SUPPORTED THEM OVER MY MANY YEARS WITH THEM ! BUT, FOR THEM TO JUST JUMP UP AND KICK ME OUT OF THEIR PREMIER SELLER PROGRAM AND TO NO LONGER ACCEPT INBOUND SHIPMENTS OR DONATIONS , FROM ME , IS TOTALLY WRONG AND UNACCEPTABLE! THEIR ETHNICS AND PROFESSIONALISM “ STINKS “! THEY HAVE SHOWN ME THAT I AM A NOBODY TO THEM AND MY SERVICE TO OR WITH THEM IS NO LONGER NEEDED OR APPRECIATED! I AM VERY HURT AND BOTHERED BY THEIR PERSONAL ATTITUDE AND VENDETTA TOWARDS ME ! I WILL BE TAKING THIS FURTHER WITH THE BBB AND THE ATTORNEY GENERAL’S OFFICE ! I WAS TREATED POORLY AND I NEED THEM , SWAP.COM TO KNOW THAT THEY WERE WRONG AND YOU CAN’T DO PEOPLE THE WAY THEY DID ME, WITHOUT SOME ACCOUNTABILITY! Good, inexpensive service. Not a fan of the shipping price, but the inexpense of quality clothes on a fun, easy is great.

I have ordered probably 7 boxes in about 8mo..I cant live without swap!! I love them so much!! Everything I have gotten, women's clothing is so perfect..except a few items I had to send back as I did not really like them in person. Sending back is sooooo simple. Put whatever items you dont want right back into the box they came in!! Print out your label from the site, attach it, tape up the box and drop off at your nearest Walgreens...yes...simple. Within 2wks I go on the site and I see my credit which they apply to my next order. I adore them. Pants, tops, shrugs, you cant lose!! I dont order anything over $6 but this time I did order 4 items that were $8 and 1 was $10...but that was rare for me. I can find so much at such great prices, the clothing is clean, no stains, rips etc. I only go with good condition, like new...I wont buy fair condition...I may try later though since its soooo easy to return!! I am becoming a seller soon, so I am looking forward to a bit of $ coming in. Wish they sold purses and regular household items..that would be cool. All I can say is I went from very little clothing to a closet full...I love them so much!!! Great place to shop for great clothing!!! Love you guys!

I originally used Swap.com for work shirts since, as a sculptor, my welding burns and grinding burns holes in shirts regularly. However over the last year or so I've found that I (and my wife) like the shirts too much to make them into sacrificial clothing. Fit is spot on in most cases and wear is negligible in all the shirts I've bought, about a dozen so far. I'm a large man and I usually wind up in the sales racks at department stores to try to find things that fit me; Swap.com has hundreds in my size. I'm a regular customer

I love Swap! My last order absolutely everything was AWESOME! Usually I don't like one or two items but they are so cheap who cares! (I just give those items away to goodwill even though Swap will give me a refund.) I buy more clothes shopping at Swap and I love every second of it. It is nice to be able to afford all sorts of new stuff and it all arrives in perfect condition. My last purchase was summer cotton dresses and I am a little fat so a lot of tighter stuff looks horrid, but every dress was baggy enough and busy enough to look much better than expected! Very Happy Customer!
