Items mysteriously missing from boxes I sent
I have sent in several brand name women's items to swap.com and initially things were going well. But, recently I have found the experience less than satisfactory and will not continue. My most recent box had 25 items total many of which were designer and like new, swap.com rejected these items and 2 pairs of brand new shoes mysteriously came up missing. They have no idea where they are and there is no way to recoup my items or my financial loss for these items. Deal with them at your own risk. I no longer trust them to handle my items and will sell my designer clothing myself from now on.
