So pleased with swap.com. They had a decent selection in my size. The clothing was excellent quality. The prices (with coupons) we're fantastic. I ordered a large box because I'm between sizes, tried everything on in the privacy of my own home at a time that was convenient for me, and easily returned anything that didn't fit. I feel great because second hand is so much better than new.

I've been a customer on swap for quite some time. It can be challenging due to the low quality pictures and limited descriptions but more often than not, this led to some happy surprises when the item I bought ended up being better than expected. Everything was fine until I had to contact customer service for the first time. It took half a day and the threat of a BBB complaint to get the error corrected. Even after the correction, one of the customer service reps kept emailing me to tell me I was wrong?? I literally had to tell him to leave me alone. Bizarre and upsetting.

SWAP is a wonderful way to get quality 2nd hand clothes at a reasonable cost. I am 41 and haven't driven in 2 years...by choice....I take ubers or ride by beach cruiser where I need to go...very close to work and everything I need is within a 2 mile radius of my home except for bargain shopping or thrift stores so when I found SWAP I fell in love...they send you the clothes with no shipping cost if you meet the minimum...they accept returns for store credit with no questions and even send you a label to return them at no cost...you know how it is ladies a size 14 can look as if a starving teenager can barely fit in them to a family of sumo wrestlers could live in them so its nice and convenient to know that I can just drop what doesn't work in a FedEx box right down the street from my job. Thank You SWAP for being so good to your customers...I will be one for life.

I love that each item of clothing is neatly folded and put in a sealed plastic bag. When you open them up that blouse, skirt or dress smells so fresh and clean! Plus they are laid neatly in the box not just thrown in. All this then a follow up email. Great clothes, great prices, great follow-up. Everything but the latte!

I really like swap.com. It has large variety of goods for everyone in every size range. They now have a section of new items, still with tags on. The packing is swiftly done. And the shipping makes good time. Just try it.
