I first used Swap when i was pregnant
I first used Swap when i was pregnant, didn't want to send an arm and leg on those item.. stumbled across this website and haven't turned back. Description of article are to the T, if its labeled like new , its like new. Even their good and fair condition items are good quality. Shipping comes faster then expected. Not overly priced for used semi used or new items . I am a return shopper and will continue to be.

Everything came clean & nicely…
Everything came clean & nicely presented in individual wrapping. The shipment was sent very promptly - 3-4 days for the entire order.

Swap.com is an excellent online buying…
Swap.com is an excellent online buying store with great customer service and ease of using their website and retuning items you do not like or don't fit. I think they deserve a 5 star rating for working so hard to make the customers' use so simple and easy. Instead of feeling run down after shopping you feel good because you saved money easily and without any coupons to deal with either. I believe if you try once you will be back for sure!

I always have had good service
I always have had good service and experience with SWAP.COM. I like the clothes, the prices and the help if something doesn't fit quite right. There is never a problem with returning an item. They even pay for return shipping and send you a return label. I highly reccommend SWAP!

All of my items came in a secure…
All of my items came in a secure package. The items were as described and were the right sizes I ordered. I will order from them again! I love the items I bought.

Swap.com is fabulous!
Swap.com is fabulous! I just received beautiful snow boots which we never even worn! My daughter shops at Swap, all the time and gets wonderful items for reasonable prices! We are great fans, and am so happy we have discovered them! Swap will always have our business!

I like swap!
I like swap. I have been using them for about a year or two now. The last order I received was fabulous!! I usually wait until I get an email promo code. I think my first few orders I was disappointed, but I easily returned and a couple times received store credit. I always make sure I filter the condition of clothing now. I do wish you could add more filters like sleeve length, sometimes I just get tired of scrolling! Shipping is slow but that’s okay. Overall GREAT price, great clothing and easy no hassle returns and just as fun as ebay!
