I shopped here for the first time about a month ago. I ordered 3 items. All 3 had great prices, and 2 were in good condition, but 1 item ( a shirt) had a hole in it, which was undisclosed in the description. They refunded my money plus shipping for the damaged item, and I was satisfied with the resolution. I placed a 2nd order (pair of jeans) a few weeks ago. They arrived with a hole and glue stains (again undisclosed). I was asked to ship back and I'm still waiting for my refund. I question the quality control, and lack of live customer service. I will not order again, it's not worth the hassle.

I have shopped at Swap for over a year now. I have had nothing but positive experiences. The clothes are always as they are stated to be. The shipping has always been satisfactory. I will continue to enjoy shopping at Swap!

The product was awesome quality and just as pictured. With the cost of shipping (cheaper than some) it's probably better when you buy more items, but I definitely have nothing to complain about. The site is easy to navigate, has tons of options, and shipping was quick enough. I was also glad they made tracking my package super simple. All in all, definitely earned a five star review this time around and I'll be sure to suggest them to others.
