I tried Swap.com for the first time and ordered 2 shirts. I have ordered 2 more items from them at very reasonable prices.

honestly speaking, i was extremely suspicious buying from this site. the prices are almost too good to be true! but i remained hopeful and optimistic and placed my order. i was definitely not disappointed! i ordered a nice cardigan (which arrived very soft and in lovely condition), 2 pairs of jeans and 1 pair of jeggings. and everything fit perfectly, and was in very good condition! the jeggings even looked new. i’m getting ready to place my second order! i highly, highly recommend this site for anyone who wants the affordability of thrifting but the convenience of online shopping. this might be the only place i buy my clothes from now on! the only thing i would say is i wish they had a bit more specific information on their clothing. i got lucky when all the pants i ordered were skinny jeans, which is the only fit i’ll buy. if they had an extra information bit for what kind of fit their pants are (e.g. high, mid or low rise, skinny, straight or boot cut) that would make my shopping experience a lot easier! other than that, extremely pleased with my experience. please support this store to keep them in business! absolutely wonderful online thrift store!

If you know exactly what you want, and know the sizing, this is the perfect place to buy it from. I’ve gotten items for 1/4 the price they’re selling on thredup or ebay. The only downside of Swap is that they don’t tell you the measurements. If you’re winging it just based on the two pictures and browsing their website, it’s a hit or miss, although they have been reasonable with returns. They also have numerous free shipping codes and discount codes throughout the year.

This website is great! So many different styles, colors, sizes and prices that are reasonable and refunds are fast and easy. I have a hard time buying shoes I like because my foot is small. However, I have found a few pairs on Swap that I bought and LOVE! If you haven't at least browsed Swap, you definitely should!

I have been happy with every purchase on swap both before and after Covid. I'm an avid thrifter and usually supplement lots ofy kids' closet with thrifted clothes so with limited access to open 2nd hand stores and a higher risk child at home, we've had to drastically cut down and even eliminate many options. I'm so grateful swap has stayed up and running so we're still able to economically source clothes and also be confident that they're going to arrive as described and be priced affordably.
