Fulfillment time is extraordinarily long and as of September 2021 they're still blaming covid, ive been waiting over 2 weeks for a current shipment to leave their warehouse. Also, the price of the brand I shop there for has doubled over the last few months, its getting to where I should just wait on that brand to have a sale then order directly from them, from people who can actually deliver

Great finds and kept most items! I always order a bit more than I need just in case something doesn't fit/suit me, but I usually keep most of the items I order. I get really excited to get the box and see how everything looks in person. And returns are super easy.

Orders a dress jacket it is still labeled as processing even though it arrived to me and it was labeled as good condition which meant it had no stains are defects. This is false as when it did arrive it did have stains and when I tried to see if I could return it the item was still labeled as processing and my order could not be found on their return system. So this is the first and last time i buy from this place. Buyer BEWARE! I also tried to email them and it has been a week and a half and still have not heard back. Sooo theres 33 dollars down the drain. I prefer THREDUP 1000%.

Shopping thrift stores has always been an adventure for me... Finding quality clothing at low prices is one of the best experiences, swap.com is a great place for the avid bargain shopper, lots of name brands & their clearance section is my go to - A word to the wise, if you're a "6" buy an "8" ... anyone who's a true thrifter will know that the size on the clothing isn't always going to be your normal fit - Happy Shopping!

It was easy to search for what you want on their site. If you know what you want, if not I just scroll real quick and it's a fast look. Much easier the eBay. Shipping is taking longer than I expected, but hwys are closed because of fires.
