myadv.svmeurope.co.uk. The website is down again. I've checked every day for 3 days now. google says it might be a typo but it's a bookmarked site. The last time it happened customer service was ok on the phone but were also in the dark on why it happens. I guess I just wait now... I have now looked into it and SVM seem to have about 6 websites and the one I use has been shut down without notice because they have been taken over by Blackhawk connect! They also have 3 phone numbers which have discontinued

Hi, Gavin - That site was run by our sister company, SVM Global, who changed names in 2016. Where are you finding this URL? If it's the back of a card, is there a phone number on the card and have you tried calling it? What type of card are you using? What are you trying to accomplish at the site? (Edit added 04/13) Mr. Titley - I'd love to help you find resolution, but it isn't clear yet what issue you're trying to address or even what type of card you have. You're quite right, migrating onto Blackhawk Network's platforms has been complex. At your convenience, please send more information to [email protected] so I may try to help you directly.
