I still have NOT received my gift card that was processed on or around July 2021 and is now October 2021 - 4 months

I received these cards in December 2020 with an expiration date of Feb 2021. When I attempted to use them for online shopping, the cards were declined even though they had been activated. I've been trying to call the company to determine if I've just lost all the value of the cards now that the expiration date has passed and get an automated answering service that simply tells me that they are unable to locate the card information. Do not accept these cards for anything! They are worthless and a scam.

It took awhile for me to get the links to the gift cards I'd purchased, which delayed some of our work. It also was a bit tricky to find the correct person to reach out to regarding this issue, but overall, we got what we needed.

Horrible, card didn't work, when I call the # on the card I get robo-infomercial trying to sell me something. After hours of work and being on the phone with rep I finally got it to work. Good Riddance and SHAME on Anthem insurance for using this company!!!!!!

It has been a pleasure working with SVM over the last 13+ years. The customer service was excellent and when any problems arose, it was taken care of promptly and without fuss. Thank you!

I received 2 SVM cards as a gift. I have tried using these cards at several places either online or in person and the card was declined every time. 7 Eleven, Metro PCS, Subway, Soloniki Greek, Uber, Uber Eats are just a few. Stay away from this card. It's worthless and not worth your time or MONEY. If I could give negative stars I would.

This is a fantastic partner for our sales team...we have any choice the reps want for their incentive programs.. excellent service, and always there to answer questions.. love these guys!
