It took awhile for me to get the links to the gift cards I'd purchased, which delayed some of our work. It also was a bit tricky to find the correct person to reach out to regarding this issue, but overall, we got what we needed.

We had issues with the gift cards at one time. SVM would not accept the "faulty" cards back.

We love everything except the payment process. We would like to pay with our American Express but have to go to the bank to do a wire transfer every time. We have been a long-term customer making the same purchases over and over.

Thank you so very much for quick reply. Although it might not be the response I would have liked, it was very well explained and was given options to take back to my finance group and Corporate.

I generally order on-line. When I have needed assistance from my Rep, Jeff Eder, or Customer Care, they have been available and very helpful.
