The fact that SVAKOM's response to my defective product was prompt and concise, with a replacement shipped directly to me in Canada, made me feel confident in their support. This was impressive. I could have gone back to the retailer, which might have caused me to think the product wasn't as good as it could be. But because it was well-packaged and had a warranty, I chose to deal directly with SVAKOM. I'm very impressed with the experience. The product is exceptional, and I will continue to shop SVAKOM.

Reliable service. Prompt delivery

The Sam Neo 2 Pro is great, unfortunatly mine stopped working after a couple of days. I contacted the support team and after diagnostic attempts failed to identify or resolve the problem, they sent me a replacement. I am overjoyed.

They honor your warranty , fast responding to your concerns about your toy , very helpful for trouble shoots with product , all around great brand to purchase would definitely recommend your products . Absolutely fantastic customer service. They reached out for an out of stock item (the free gift) with an offer for an exchange to a similar item. They diligently assisted me with 2 orders each getting an exchanged item going to separate countries. There care and attention made my confidence in this company expand rapidly!
