No problem at all! Shopping experience was flawless. Just choose what I want, add to cart, fill the address and in 2 week got my parcel from UPS courier. I wish every online shop be this problem-less.

I have not received the product and they give me no reason why it happened.

I brought a product that after 1 day it stopped working. I sent in a complaint about the devise and customer service responded quickly. I was very impressed with how they handled my case. The turn around time was great. They were easy to work with.

I wanted to take a moment to write a review because I was taken really gold care of. I purchased a product back in Sept and the product malfunction on me. I’ve reached out to their customer service team via email and they got back to me right away. I want ti say within a few hours from when the original message was sent. In the end they’ve replaced my product with a brand new one! Im very pleased on how well this company took care of me and how prompt they are with trying to remedy the issue. I did have to answer a few questions regarding the product and send in a short video of the problem. I would highly recommend buying this company product as they fully back up their product and there customer service team is excellent

This is the 2nd time we've bought this particular item. We greatly enjoyed playtime with the 1st one, and we were disheartened when it just suddenly would not hold a charge after less than 12 months of use. We ordered a replacement and are willing to give this one more chance.
